Once an overweight person, Joan Upton took her personal experience and ultimate healing and used it to create stationery, affirmation cards, and jewelry to empower the feminine spirit and encourage self-esteem.

A set of 12 Affirmation Cards (3” x 4.5”) is presented in a plastic slipcase. Each brightly colored card uses words and reminders to affirm a woman’s life: Peace, Cheer, Courage, Create, Transform, Dream, Forgive, Freedom, Glory, Harmony, Magic, and Hope. These themes form the basis of the jewelry line as well.

The centerpiece of the 12 Affirmation Necklaces is a copper medallion (.75”) with one of the 12 Body Heart messages. Copper, a healing metal, is combined with silver mini charms to bring patience and balance. Each necklace comes with a leather cord or sterling ball chain (16” to 18”) and is packaged in a plastic case with the corresponding affirmation card.

A series of 12 stretch gemstone bracelets, each with a copper affirmation disk, pairs the metaphysical properties of the stones with the affirmation. These, too, are packaged with the correspond- ing card.
