The affirmation necklaces are made up of sterling silver chain or black or brown leather cord, a Body Heart copper medallion, a sterling silver heart and a trinket of glass of metal. The necklaces are sold in both 16” and 18” lengths.

The copper piece can naturally change color when worn against the skin. Think of it as your lucky penny, changing its color as you begin to change how you see yourself.
