We also offer "Drop-In" passes to all classes, as long as there are spots available. Ladies that are registered in a class can "drop-in" to another class for $5. Non-registered participants can "drop-in" for $12.

Belly Dancing: Come learn the Exotic art of Belly Dance while toning your body. Learn simple sexy belly dance moves while staying fit. Hip bump and shimmy your way to health! Enjoy the rhythms of faraway lands, de-stress from the hectic week, and have fun! No dance experience required. This class is taught by our own Stephanie Gomez.

Cardio Step: Get your sweat on during this 45 minute cardio class. Every week is different. We mix it up with Tae Bo, step aerobics and toning exercises. Each class ends with ab exercises.

Cardio Kickboxing: Get fit fast, release your stress and feel empowered with this high energy, total body workout. Cardio kickboxing is a mix of punches, kicks and strength building movements that will burn lots of calories, shape your body and torch the fat. Meet your inner athlete with this fun, active class. All fitness levels are welcome.

The Combination: Not to be mistaken for the Jersey Shore's Situation, though you may get those abs. The Combination combos a day of strength training with a day of cardio kickboxing. Build those muscles and kick the grief out of your week with this late afternoon class. Happy Hour never treated you this well. All fitness levels are welcome.

Easy Toning: A gentle strengthening class for a more flexible and stronger body. Get results using light hand weights, bands and your own body weight. This is the perfect class for those who suffer with knee or hip pain or for those ladies that are new to strength training.

Ladies Boot Camp: Ladies, this is one of Body Heart's most popular classes. Get inspired, energized and tone your body with the assurance that no Marine drill sergeant will be screaming at you. It's strength training with bursts of cardio, highlighting your fitness goals. All fitness levels are welcome — don't let the name scare you. Classes are taught by a certified Personal Trainer. Lose fat, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase strength and flexibility.

Sword Strength: Bring out your inner Samurai warrior! Holding a wooden sword for resistance, students are taught to use their powerhouse (core) to challenge their bodies for cardio and toning set to fun music.

Yoga: This vinyasa style yoga class is designed to enhance the quality of energy flowing through your body. By linking movement with breath, proper alignment and energizing sequence, all levels of students can increase flexibility and create strength.

Zumba Party: Have fun with the Cha-Cha, Rumba, Salsa, and Merengue. Throw Reggaeton, Cumbia and Bachata into the mix and you get the idea — we will be dancing up a storm. But make no mistake, this is not a dance class,... it is a CARDIO CLASS. And don't be surprised if you see belly dancing and kickboxing. We keep you and your body guessing! ALL Zumba classes are a $5 drop in for everyone. Bring your friends.

Personal Training

Looking for more individual attention with your workout? Body Heart offers personal training — forty-five minute and half hour sessions. Try it on your own or share the inspiration, and the cost, with a friend. We can come to you or you can workout at the Body Heart Fitness studio in Gilbert. Forty-five minute sessions are $55 and half hour sessions are $45. Call 480.678.4878 or email jmu@bodyheart.net.


Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted after the first day of class. Body Heart reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registrants, or other causes beyond our control. A full refund will be granted for any canceled classes.
